Who we are
Vintage Club Pakistan (trading as The Vintage Wholesaler) is responsible for the personal data described here. Contact: contact@vintagewholesaler.co.uk.

What we collect
When you ask for a proposal or get in touch: your email, your business name, the ways you sell, any shop or profile link and message you add, and which page of our site you sent it from. To build the proposal we may look at that business's public pages, such as its shop listings.
How you use our site: the pages you open and for how long, the stock and photos you tap or swipe through, your rough town (from your internet connection), your type of device, and the site or link that brought you here. This is kept against a random code in your browser and is linked to you only if you ask for a proposal, get in touch or sign up.
When you sign up for our newsletter: your email.
If you become a customer, the details needed to invoice and ship your orders.

Why
To reply to your enquiry, send proformas and run your orders. The legal basis is taking steps to enter a contract with you, and our legitimate interest in running the business.
To build and send the proposal you asked for, suited to the stock you looked at, and to follow it up. This is our legitimate interest in answering your request well.
The newsletter goes only to people who signed up for it (your consent). You can unsubscribe at any time: reply "unsubscribe" to any email, or email contact@vintagewholesaler.co.uk.
We don't sell your data, and we don't send marketing you didn't ask for.

Who else sees it
Our website host (Vercel), which also stores your proposal request securely, our email service (Resend), which passes it to our inbox, our email provider (Microsoft), and the service providers that run our customer records and help us research enquiries. Some of these may process data outside the UK under standard safeguards.
Shipping companies or forwarders, only when needed to move your order.

How long we keep it
Proposal requests and enquiries that don't lead to an order, and what was looked at on the site: up to 2 years. Newsletter: until you unsubscribe. Customer and order records: 6 years, for tax and accounting.

Cookies
This site doesn't use advertising cookies. It keeps one random code in your browser's storage so we can remember what you looked at across visits (see What we collect).
To switch that off, open any page with ?notrack on the end (for example vintagewholesaler.co.uk/?notrack), or turn on Global Privacy Control in your browser. We then record nothing.
We count visits with Vercel Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and doesn't identify you: it tells us only which pages are read, and roughly from which country and device.

Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it. Email contact@vintagewholesaler.co.uk.
If you're unhappy with how we handle it, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
