Who we are
The Vintage Wholesaler is a trading name of Vintage Club Pakistan, a sole proprietorship registered in Pakistan (NTN 7597312-7). Our buying team and process centre are in Pakistan, and every order is bought, processed and shipped from there.

Trade only
We sell wholesale to businesses only. By placing an order you confirm you are buying for your business, not as a consumer.

Orders
You ask for a proposal and we agree your order together: categories, brands, sizes, quantity and packing. A proposal is not an offer; once we've agreed the order we send a proforma invoice.
An order is agreed when we receive your deposit against that proforma. The minimum order is 2,500 pieces.

Prices
Prices are per piece, in pounds sterling, FOB Pakistan, as shown on our website at the date of the proforma. The price on your proforma is fixed for that order.
Freight, insurance, import duties, taxes and customs charges are not included and are paid by you.

Payment
50% deposit before we start buying. The other 50% after we send the pre-shipment video and before your order ships.
We don't release goods until the order is paid in full.

What you get
This is used clothing, bought and sold as used. We aim for 90% A grade across an order.
The market decides what's available. Category splits may move by up to 10%, and gaps are filled from your backup preferences. We never promise fixed quantities of limited lines.
Goods are packed in bales of 25 to 100 pieces, with a packing list.

Timing
We can buy up to 5,000 pieces a week, and up to 20,000 a month across all orders. We give an estimated buying time on your proforma. Times are estimates, not guarantees, and we're not liable for delays outside our control.

Checking your order
Before you pay the balance we send a video showing the bale count and random bales opened on camera. This is your chance to raise any concern about the order before it ships.
Paying the balance confirms you accept the order as shown.

Shipping and risk
We sell FOB Pakistan. You book and pay for freight direct with the shipping company or your own forwarder. We make nothing on freight.
Risk in the goods passes to you once they are loaded for shipment in Pakistan. Ownership passes when we have received full payment.

Cancelling
Your deposit is used to buy your stock. If you cancel after we have started buying, we keep the part of the deposit already spent on your order and refund the rest.

Problems on arrival
Tell us within 7 days of the goods arriving, with photos, at contact@vintagewholesaler.co.uk. We will look at every claim fairly.
Our liability for any order is limited to the price you paid for the goods concerned. We are not liable for loss of profit or other indirect losses.

Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and its courts have jurisdiction.
