What's in a vintage wholesale mix: 4,300 pieces counted by type and brand

By The Vintage Wholesaler ·

Short answer: we counted all 4,300 pieces in our current stock. 72% are tops (hoodies, sweatshirts, tees, polos, fleece and shirts) and 18% are jackets and outerwear. 93% carry a brand label, from 132 different brands, and the five biggest (Nike, Adidas, Ralph Lauren, Tommy Hilfiger, The North Face) make up 44% of everything.

Every piece was photographed one by one, so these are counts, not estimates. A bale bought by the kilo can look very different: ask your supplier for the same breakdown before you buy.

What this means if you buy a mix

  • Hoodies and sweatshirts lead: 47% of the stock between them.
  • A few big brands make up much of any mix. If you want more of one brand or type, buy a brand or type bundle instead.
  • Check what each type sells for: see resale prices by brand and type.
